Cool, thanks. :) I've been thinking about getting a stud there, so it's good to get some insight.
Do you have to work hard to keep it clean? Or is it just kind of a daily thing or something?

Just clean it with Antiseptic Solution twice a day and get rid of the crusts. And it should be no problem :)
